Bitrace investments is a company based in London. They are currently in the process of developing a F1 city project which includes the building of a Formula 1 track, world class hotel, and other recreational activities. The project is for three hundred hectares in Hammamet, Tunisia. There are also plans to include tennis courts, a golf course, restaurants, a casino, a shopping mall, and gardens. Projected sales by the year 2025 are expected to be close to three hundred million.
Tunisia is a perfect location for a new F1 event. It is around three hours on average from major European city capitals. Also, compared to building in other locations, Tunisia has a much lower cost for labor and materials. Building a track and hosting a F1 event can bring lots of economic benefit to the surrounding community. Short
term impacts include job creation, while long term benefits are due to increased tourism and consumer spending.
Bitrace will be having a token sale to generate funding. The token symbol is BRF, and it is an ERC20 token based on the Ethereum blockchain. The token price is ten United States cents with a minimum purchase of one hundred tokens. All token holders will be given twenty percent of the net profit and payout are projected to start in 2022. Tokens can also be used to purchased services and products within the racing city development. This is a very exciting project that I am looking forward to being a part of.
